Placement assistance helps you to prepare for interviews with major Airlines, career counseling guides writing a resume, fill out job applications, etc. It helps the students to find suitable jobs and positions. RESUME AND COVER LETTER WRITING

Your resume and cover letter can help you create the first best impression on an airline. The Aimfill Placement Cell trains you in creating a well-organized resume which will highlight your qualifications, education, certifications, technical skills and any additional skills that match with the particular airline job profile.

SOFT SKILLS AND GROOMING

The industry is always on the lookout for students who are vibrant, energetic individuals and ready to accept challenges, attentive, a good academic background, fast learners, open to learning even at work and more importantly, good communication skills. This activity focuses on the personality development to make the students reliable, with a positive attitude and right decision making.

GROUP DISCUSSION (GD) AND PERSONAL INTERVIEW

To prepare the student for the next stages, i.e Group Discussion (GD) and Personal Interview (PI), a classroom orientation is conducted on basic communication skills, GD and Interview basics, followed by MOCK GD and Interview. Aimfill International provides intensive training for Group Discussion and interview by conducting multiple rounds of GD and PI.

MOCK-INTERVIEWS

Your final selection depends on the personal interview round, hence, the Placement Cell helps with the preparation, increasing your chances of getting hired. The Placement Cell instructs and coaches students on required interview skills which are related to dress code, confidence, creativity, ability to react and respond, and handle stressful situations.

The students those who qualify the branch level primary placement interview will eligible to attend the sevenstar campus interview. Aimfill is always committed to present the 'cream of the crowd' in front of the recruiters.

AIMFILL PLACEMENT WING RULES

Placement assistance is only for the Aimfill Students.

Only those students who have registered for Aimfill courses are eligible to participate in the placement activities. For the old students, after completing 3 years of their course, the Placement Assistance is a privilege extended to the old students but can't be claimed as a matter of right.

Students will be allowed to have THREE job offers during their academic year.

Each and every students will get the chance to attend maximum 3 campus interviews during their academic year. Students are responsible to qualify any one of the chance.

Placement assistance for the Placed students

However, already placed Students may also be allowed to appear for "Dream Company". Once a student bags a job offer from a dream company, she will not be allowed to participate in any campus recruitment process at all. Moreover, already placed students but not placed in "Dream Company" may also be allowed for two job offers after completion of 80% placement of registered and eligible students of individual discipline.

The eligibility criteria imposed by the visiting company will be the final.

The Department placement coordinator is the single point of contact for the Students.

The Department placement coordinator is the single point of contact for the Students. For all kinds of clarifications & communications (such as registration for placement assistance, updating the database, etc.,) should be executed through the Placement cell only

Eligibility to get Placement Assistance

The eligible/registered students must attend all the training programs/workshops arranged by the department. Attendance, NO due Certificate and DGITO Examination score (Minimum Grade C+) is compulsory for getting Placement Assistance.

Passport is compulsory for the job in the Aviation industry.

Passport is mandatory for cabin crew. It is mandatory for any airline you apply whether domestic or international. Please note that a Passport is necessary for any job related to the airport. So, the students are expected to apply for the same at the earliest.

Students attending campus interviews should adhere to the following instructions,

a) Report at the venue of pre-placement talk and interview as per the instructions.

b) Students should carry minimum 5copies of their resume, photocopies of all Original certificates, passport size photographs.

c) A student in casual dress will not be allowed for the PPT/Recruitment Process

Placement Registration

Campus placement is a facility provided for the students. Separate Registration is not compulsory. Students not interested in placement are advised not to register for placement.

Aimfill International has a comprehensive program designed to train students for all the stages of the campus recruitment process. The program has different airline recruitment phases like resume verification, soft skills and grooming, group discussion and personal mock-interviews. This will help students to face the real recruitment process which helps them land to their dream airline job!
